By mistaken my job type is selected as contractual/Adhoc. Due to this reason I was not eligible for the "Transfer Preferences" through the MIS Portal.

Zone6 Boda 11977 which I prefered at the 3 Zone choice Zone 1st and 2nd may be given . Because Rule of MIS Zone is prefered not schools. Respected Sir/Madam, This is GPS Khandrai_17977 Block Mundlana Sonipat and here are 230 students in class 1st to 5th and 27 in Nursury and the same is MIS portal also. But the problem is post of our school is indicated 2 against the students strength of this school. ANd your transfer portal etc.. any one else is shows that 50 students against the school, that's so why here shows 2 post only but required post is 8(1 HT + 7 JBT). Now only 2 teachers are working still here and required post is 8. Now please accept the same and resolve the same against my complaint.

I recently joined ESHM post in GHS, Kumharia (3015),Block Nathusari Chopta, Distt. Sirsa from the post of TGT Maths GHS, BaSs, Ranila (512), Block Bound Kalan, Distt. Charkhi Dadri. Earlier I filled a lot of stations due to fear of 'ANYWHERE' in the state, that were confirmed by the portal. Later I did some editing in preferences of schools but it was not confirmed due to some technical errors in the portal.
My current school is 200 Km far from my house. My mother is 80 yrs old & heart patient. Her Treatment is going on in Base Hospital, New Delhi. My children are studying abroad. Nobody is there to look after her in case of Emergency situation.
I request you to give me a chance to take part in drive again if the kept posts of ESHM will open in future.

1. मेरे से जूनियर अध्यापकों को कन्या स्कूल अलॉट कर दिए गए हैं । मेरे अंक अधिक होने के कारण यह छूट पहले मुझे दी जानी चाहिए थी।
2. तबादला नीति में यह भी था कि सहशिक्षा विद्यालय में 50% से अधिक स्पेशल कैटेगरी नहीं होगी। इसका भी पालन नहीं किया गया। इस कारण से मेरे द्वारा चयनित स्कूल मुझे नहीं मिल सके।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप मेरा पुनः समायोजन करने का कष्ट करें ताकि मेरा परिवार प्रभावित ना हो। आपकी अति कृप्या होगी।

By mistaken my job type is selected as contractual/Adhoc. Due to this reason I was not eligible for the "Transfer Preferences" through the MIS Portal.
Principal of the school is not having any rights to change in the service profile through the mis portal.
No one has picked up the helpline number mentioned on the website i.e. 01725206666.
On 21 August 2016 and 5 Sept 2016, I have mailed to Deeo, Beeo and mis helpline. But no reply.

10 KM ). Zone6 Boda 11977 which I prefered at the 3 Zone choice Zone
1st and 2nd may be given . Because Rule of MIS Zone is prefered not
schools. Although in Zone 2 some posrt remain vacant or many teachers
are kept in same schools. They have also filled their MIS proforma. I
have also choosed these schools. If they transfered acording to Rule.
I would have not go to so far (about 58 KMs). So please consider my
Request and kept my position change, and give me other option given by

ReplyDeleteIt is humbly submitted as under I Pooja, PRT (ID1022967) had been transferred from GPS, Nang Tihari (No. 15249) to GPS, Neerpur (No. 15223). In this connection, I wish to state as under:
1. There are two villages named Neerpur in Narnaul region. While giving preference, as I was not aware of two villages of same name in the region, I filled Neerpur (No. 15223) instead of Neerpur (No. 15240).
2. Later, when I came to know about this, I tried to change my preference on 15.09.2016 but the site was under maintenance for the whole day. Thus, I couldn’t change my preference.
3. Sir/Madam, the present school is FAR TOO AWAY from my residence and at a remote location as well. I have two small kids at home. When they come back from school, there is no one to receive and take care of them.
Considering the above facts, it will be a great favour if you could help me out with one of the below mentioned options:
1. To allot any other school of my preference.
2. To allow me to give my preference again.
3. To allow me mutual transfer with someone interested in it.

ReplyDeleteI Rampal saini (1013465) has transfered from GGPS SISARKHAS to GPS KISHANGARH. BUT there are 2 post vacant in my previous school amd I also filled that option Iwant to stay in this school if post vacant. So Iwant to stay in previous school against vacancy. Strength of GGPS SISARKHAS is 198 and in kishangarh there are only 119 studentand working teachers are 5 other hand in Sisarkhas working teachers are only 4.Actully sir, my previous school is not a girls school.It is a co education school. 2Years ago department merged GGPS AND GPS SISAR KHAS,after that itis a co education school. So I request you to stay me in my previous school due to vacant post and greater workload.

Sir I am Madan lal jbt teacher at GPS khudan jhajjar. I have applied for transfer in 5 Jones. Due to technical error l could not opt jone 7.I have opted for 46 school which l could not get due to low marks. I have completed 5 years in my current school. But l have again transferred in my current school. I didn't opted my current school in transfer preference. There was no provision in policy that a candidate has to stay in current school if he didn't get a school of choice. Sir like want my transfer from current school. It is 50 km from my residence. ReplyDeleteThis is GPS Khandrai_17977 Block Mundlana Sonipat and here are 230 students in class 1st to 5th and 27 in Nursury and the same is MIS portal also. But the problem is post of our school is indicated 2 against the students strength of this school. ANd your transfer portal etc.. any one else is shows that 50 students against the school, that's so why here shows 2 post only but required post is 8(1 HT + 7 JBT). Now only 2 teachers are working still here and required post is 8. Now please accept the same and resolve the same against my complaint.

ReplyDeleteEarlier I filled a lot of stations due to fear of 'ANYWHERE' in the state, that were confirmed by the portal. Later I did some editing in preferences of schools but it was not confirmed due to some technical errors in the portal.
My current school is 200 Km far from my house.
My mother is 80 yrs old & heart patient. Her Treatment is going on in Base Hospital, New Delhi. My children are studying abroad. Nobody is there to look after her in case of Emergency situation.
I request you to give me a chance to take part in drive again if the kept posts of ESHM will open in future.
Please consider. I and my family will be very thankful and grateful to you for this act of kindness.

ID 082102) Classical and Vernacular Teacher (Sanskrit) (Class III Educationist) posted at GMS, Sampla MandI (2806), Block Sampla, District Rohtak has been transferred to GGSSS, Mokhra (2688), Block Meham, District Rohtak vide DSE, Haryana order no. 9/1-2019-HRC&V(3) and transfer ID 59818 dated 06 Sep. 2019 under the recent General Transfer Drive 25 Aug. 2019. Now do consider the following points:
1. At my present place of posting, there is one sanctioned post each for Hindi Teacher and Sanskrit Teacher but two Sanskrit Teachers have been transferred against the sanctioned posts mentioned above.
2. My current place of posting is more than 80 Km. away from my residence at Nangloi in Delhi.
3. I have two kids and the youngest one has been ill since his birth and he has been operated on several times as puss accumulates close to his spinal cord. He does need my motherly care.
4. My husband is working with a private company situated in Gurugram and he comes late night and hence no one is there to take care of the kids.
5. The other Sanskrit Teacher transferred to my current school is willing to serve there.
6. And hence I make a humble request to your worthy being to allot me some suitable station so that I can perform well both on the service front and the family front.
